OTTAWA — Ottawa police said when they pulled over Christepher Bowen, 32, Ottawa, on a traffic violation at 11th and South Cedar Friday afternoon, they asked to search his truck. He refused and pulled out a pocket knife. Officers grabbed him and cuffed him. Police said they found marijuana under the seat. He was hauled to the jail in connection with the incident.
