OTTAWA — Ottawa police said a burglar breaking into Jim’s Barber Shop in the 1500 block of South Main Street was caught red-handed. Police said witnesses told them they saw the man breaking into the business early Saturday morning. Police arrested 20 year-old Brandon Banzet, 20, Ottawa in connection with the reports.
