OTTAWA — An Ottawa man was truly supportive of his wife Sunday afternoon. It got him a ticket from Ottawa police. Police said they pulled over Julie Liggett, 44, Ottawa; for a traffic violation. They said when they ran a check on her license, they found out she had failed to show up in municipal court to answer a charge of driving while her license was suspended. She was cited for that. Her husband, William Liggett, 45, arrived to help his wife. That’s when police noticed he was driving while his license suspended and they cited him, too.
