FORT SCOTT — Two people were killed in a collision of two ATVs near Fort Scott Saturday night. The Kansas Highway Patrol said William Seabolt, 28, Fort Scott; was driving an ATV when he stopped at a sign on a county road when an ATV driven by Andrew Pelzer, 27, Fort Scott; rear-ended Seabolt’s ATV. Pelzer was killed. A passenger on Seabolt’s ATV, Lacey Page, 27, Fort Scott; was also killed. Seabolt was severely injured and taken to KU Medical Center, the highway patrol said.
