BURLINGTON — Coffey County Hospital in Burlington has been awarded a three-year term of accreditation in mammography by the American College of Radiology. The hospital offers state-of-the-art digital mammography and allows women to receive the earliest possible diagnoses of breast cancer when it’s needed, Coffey Health System CEO Dennis George said. The ACR Gold Seal of Accreditation represents the highest level of image quality and patient safety, he said.
