GARNETT — At this hour, the Aanderson County Review reports on Facebook that a semi-truck and trailer loaded with ethanol has tipped over onto its side at the roundabout south of Garnett. The Review said the trailer is leaking. Emergency response crews have been dispatched to the scene. More airpacks were also being requested,
