ROSE HILL — The Wichita Eagle reported a 58-year-old Kansas man was killed in a farm accident southeast of Wichita Saturday afternoon. The man was pinned in the seat of his tractor by a tree he was trying to move. The tree had been cut down and the man was pushing it with his tractor when the tree rolled and a branch pinned him to the seat. His wife witnessed the accident and unsuccessfuly tried to help him. The man, who wasn’t identified, was pronounced dead at the scene.
