FORT LEAVENWORTH — Kansas City news organizations reportED a wall at the old disciplinary barracks at Ft. Leavenworth collapsed late this morning and at least one person was rescued from under the rubble. Ft. Leavenworth officials said contractors were renovating the building, but it isn’t known if the work caused the collapse.
