OTTAWA — Ottawa High School graduate Zach George has received a community service award from the Kansas Optimists District 37. George received the Robert “Bob” Cutter Friend of Youth Award for his leadership in high school and his service to the community while the Ottawa Youth in Government program. He is the son of Dennis and Teri George.
