TOPEKA — Kansas has received two grants totalling about $3.2 million from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Kansas received $3.1 million for the centers for disease control and prevention’s public health immunization programs and $91,000 for anti-tobacco programs. The federal department awarded up to $137 million nationwide.
