OTTAWA — Ottawa city commissioners has accepted the low bid by Emery Sapp and Sons to rebuild the airport’s main runway. That includes new lights, signs and some underground items for a future sewage system. The city received eight bids for the work.
The total cost would be a little more than $144,000, most of which would be paid by a 95 percent grant from the Federal Aviation Administration, city manager Richard Nienstedt said.
