OTTAWA- An apartment complex at 525 South Main in Ottawa suffered a fire this morning at 4:24 A.M. Assistant Fire Chief Richard Oglesby said the police and fire departments are investigating it as an intentionally set fire. The damage was under $1000, and one occupant was treated on her own at ransom memorial.
