OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office received a report from a 22-year-old Ottawa man who reported someone broke into a garage in the 3600 block of Sand Creek Road northeast of Ottawa Wednesday. He told officers that the burglars damaged his vehicle and stole items from it. Damage from the vandalism was estimated at $3,500. The stolen items were valued at $1,900.
