OTTAWA — It’s doggie dip time tonight. The annual Pooches in the Pool is tonight from 4 to 7 at Forest Park. Now that the pool is closed and scheduled to be drained, it’s that time when dog owners can take their pets to the pool for a swim. The cost is $5 with proceeds going to the Prairie Paws Animal Shelter.
