OTTAWA — Bill Schleiter has been re-elected as president of Franklin County Heritage Homes, a group that recognizes historically-significant houses. So far, Heritage Homes has 47 houses on its registry. Janice Orosz was elected vice president; Marty McClellan as secretary; Barbara Netherland as treasurer and Kay Eyman as librarian.
