LOUISBURG — A 20-year-old Pleasanton man was taken to Overland Park Regional Hospital Tuesday afternoon as a result of a two-vehicle crash west of Louisburg. The Kansas Highway Patrol said Donna Westhoff, 61, Drexel, Mo., was driving on K-68 and was trying to enter the southbound lanes of U.S. 69. She tried to make a U-turn across the U.S. 69 median and struck an SUV driven by jJacob Hall and who was going south on U.S. 69 in the left lane. She wasn’t injured.
