OTTAWA — A 23-year-old Quenemo man was booked into the Franklin County jail Tuesday afternoon on suspicion of criminal use of a financial card. The Ottawa police said Gary Lucas Moore was taken into custody in connection with eight different incidents involving the use of a financial card.
