OTTAWA-The Ottawa City Commission voted this week to approve the resolutions to condemn four Ottawa homes. The houses at 931 Walton, 403 E. 4th Street, 727 N. Main, and 1040 Burrow face condemnation. However, the properties owners for the houses on Burrow and on 4th Street are aiming to begin work on the houses within 10 days of the Wednesday vote in order to prove the city won’t need to get involved hereafter.
