OSAWATOMIE — Paving on Brown and Pacific avenues in Osawatomie should begin later this month. Osawatomie city manager Don Cawby told the Osawatomie Journal that the storm sewer work is done and curb and gutter work is nearly complete. The cool, dry work has speeded up construction on the work, which is part of the city’s Streetscape. Cawby said the project will also come in under budget.
