GARNETT — The Garnett Public Library will host a book discussion on Willa Cather’s “My Antonia” on Sept. 28th at 7. Jane Feuerborn will lead the discussion. Cather’s book is about a bold and free-hearted Bohemian immigrant teenager whose family moves to Nebraska in the 1880’s. The book recounts her life and her struggles to support her family and the farm after her father commits suicide during the first hard Nebraska winter. The discussion is free and open to the public.
