OTTAWA — COF Training Services received $149,964 in a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Wednesday afternoon. The grant is from HUD’s Multifamily House Service Coordinator program, which provides funding to owners of private or non-profit housing developments under contract to house low-income individuals.
