PRINCETON — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said the owner of barn damaged by a fire Tuesday afternoon was in Wichita at the time. The sheriff’s office said Verle Vallier, 63, Richmond, was out of town when the fire occurred at Ellis and Ohio roads. The fire caused more than $1,000 in damage.
