OTTAWA — Ottawa Main Street will begin the search for a successor to Main Street director Bryan Dennis. Main Street chairman Ted Ammerman said the Main Street board will meet Monday afternoon to discuss the search. After a year-and-a-half, Dennis is stepping down to return to his native Louisiana. He will be the state director for a Louisiana group that helps students launch their careers. Ammerman said Dennis’ last day will a week from Friday.
Ammerman said Dennis brought new energy and many new ideas to the Main Street group and he said he’d like to continue in the direction plotted by Dennis.
