OTTAWA — The Ottawa city commissioners added three new properties to the Neighborhood Revitalization properties Wednesday. They are a commercial property at 415 S. Main and two residences at 1040 S. Walnut and 812 Lincoln. City finance director scott bird says the program offers property owners in the Neighborhood Revitalization district to make improvements while getting a property tax break on the new improvements.
