OTTAWA-Alcohol will not be allowed in the new Goppert building. A Kansas Statute kept the decision out of the Ottawa Recreation Commissions hands. The property is owned by the Ottawa School District and the statute prohibits alcohol on school property. The announcement was made at this morning’s ORC board meeting.
