OTTAWA — OK, boys and girls. Here’s the lesson for today. If you get into a kiddie swing, make sure you can get out. Here’s your teacher, Ottawa Fire Chief Jeff Carner: Firefighters cut the swing off an 11-year-old boy after he got into the swing at City Park Saturday. Despite several tries by the boy and passersby, he couldn’t get taken out of the swing and the fire department was called.
