OTTAWA — A 37-year-old Ottawa man reappeared – in the Franklin County jail. Ottawa police picked up Jeffrey Eales early Sunday morning in the 1100 block of West 17th Street for failing to appear in municipal court. Police found him after receiving a report of a man sleeping in a vehicle that didn’t belong to him.
