BALDWIN CITY — Baldwin City will soon get a new doctor in town at the Ransom Memorial Hospital clinic. RMH CEO Larry Felix said Dara Lowe’s name seems familiar, there’s a reason. She’s the wife of new city administrator Chris Lowe. Their family is moving from Missouri. Lowe has shown herself to be a good physician and is personable and will be an asset to Baldwin City, Felix said.
