LeLOUP — A 32-year-old Emporia woman was booked into the Franklin County jail Tuesday morning on suspicion of DUI and endangering a child. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Tiffany Coolbert was driving south on I-35 near LeLoup when officers pulled her over. Her two-year-old daughter was handed over to juvenile authorities.
