OTTAWA — Ottawa police are investigating thefts at two Ottawa businesses. Police said a burglar broke a window in the front door at Sutton’s Jewelry, 207 S. Main, late Tuesday night. A suspect described as wearing a black hooded sweat shirt and gray sweat pants fled on foot on Second Street. Apparently, there were no losses. Police also said they received a report Tuedayday afternoon of a theft at Cargo Tec in the 1500 block of North Davis Avenue.
