KANSAS CITY- Anyone headed into kansas City this weekend should be forewarned of expected traffic delays. The 435 east bound lanes between I-35 and US 69 will be closed from seven tonight to 5:00 Monday morning. The Kansas City Star reports the highway carries between 50 to 60 thousand vehicles a day in one direction. Many traffic backups are suspected to come Sunday morning with chiefs fans making their way to Arrowhead. The westbound lanes of the same section will be closed next weekend.
