KANSAS CITY — Kansas City, Mo., police have issued an Amber Alert this morning for a missing 10-month-old girl. Police said it appears Lisa Irwin was abducted from her bedroom in northern Kansas City overnight. Police said it appears an intruder used a bedroom window to take her. Police saID they’re especially concerned because the baby lived with both her mother and father and police believe neither is involved in the abduction. The baby girl has blue eyes and blond hair. She is 30 inches tall and weighs between 26 and 30 pounds. She was last seen wearing purple shorts and a purple shirt with white kittens on it. She is described as having two bottom teeth, a small bug bite under her left ear, a beauty mark on her right outer thigh, and currently has a cold with a cough.
