TOPEKA — The Kansas Bar Association swore in 190 new members Friday. Kansas Chief Justice Lawton Nuss presided over the swearing-in ceremony in Topeka. Among those sworn in — Jeffery Bitner and Andrea Sue Gava, both of Spring Hill; and Mark Ware, of Gardner.
