RICHTER – A home owner put out a small fire at his mobile home near Richter Tuesday afternoon. The fire was out when Pomona and Lincoln-Ottawa-Harrison firefighters arrived at the house in the 3100 block of Georgia Road, assistant Pomona fire chief Alan Radcliffe said. The fire occurred because of an electrical short, he said.
