OTTAWA — ECKAN will distribute commodity food items to eligible Franklin County residents on next Monday. Food will be distributed at the Ottawa VFW Post on Old Highway 59 from 9 to 11:30; at the Wellsville Walnut Plaza Apartments from 10 to noon and at the Pomona Community Center from 2 to 4. Franklin County residents must have signed up at the ECKAN Franklin County Center in Ottawa to be eligible for this food distribution.
