KANSAS CITY — Friends and family of a missing baby passed out flyers at the NASCAR race in Kansas City Sunday – hoping for a tip that may help them find 10-month-old Lisa Irwin. Sunday night, neighbors in the northern Kansas City neighborhood where Lisa disappeared held a candlelight vigil, praying for the safe return of the little girl. Kansas City police were at the Irwin home again Sunday. A police spokesman said they were trying to re-enact the crime to see how easy it was go through through Lisa’s bedroom window.
