OTTAWA — The first in a series of strategic planning sessions will be tonight at 7 at the county annex. Ottawa/Franklin County Economic Development has to redo the county’s strategic plan once every three years to be eligible for special state economic incentives. Past plans resulted in variety of improvements, including fire protection and water supply in the county.
