CARBONDALE — An Overbrook teen was taken to Stormont Vail Medical Center in Topeka Monday as a result of a one-vehicle accident on U.S. 75 south of Carbondale. The Kansas Highway Patrol said Ashley Hall, 17, was driving north and entering U.S. 75 on the ramp from the U.S. 56 junction when her SUV hydroplaned and went into the east ditch.
