OTTAWA — The Over Road Gang’s Kevin James and Ed Clark showed up at Wednesday morning’s Franklin County Commission meeting to present commissioners with a plaque and to thank them for the county‘s help in putting on the club’s recent Ol’ Marais River Run car show. Instead, commissioners thanked them. Commissioners Steve Harris and Ed Taylor said the car show remains one of the biggest annual events and it brings thousands of people to the city. The county is glad to help such an important community event, they said.
