OLATHE — The Olathe Police Department and the Miami County Sheriff’s Department found the body of man in a wooded area near 239th Street in northern Miami County Saturday evening. The Miami County Sheriff’s office identified him as Samuel Hargrove, 21, Olathe. Hargrove had been reported as missing from Olathe on Thursday.
The sheriff’s office said there was no indication of criminal activity. The Kansas Highway Patrol helped Miami County and Olathe officers search for Hargrove. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the Olathe Police Department at 913-971-7500 or 913-782-0720.
