OTTAWA — A 33-year-old Ottawa man is in the Franklin County jail on $100,000 bond on suspicion of sex crimes involving a seven-year-old. Undersheriff Steve Lunger said Duane Brannan was booked into the jail Saturday night on suspicion of aggravated sodomy involving an offender 18 or older and a child under 14 years old, and suspicion of rape, involving an offender is 18 or older and a child under 14 years old. Lunger said the incidents were reported by the child’s mother.
