OTTAWA – Gov. Sam Brownback’s repealer Dennis Taylor will visit Ottawa next week. Taylor will be at the Franklin County Annex on Oct. 25 at 3 p.m. He has been traveling across the state to discuss proposed repeals and collect input from Kansans on rules and regulations they believe should be repealed.
