OTTAWA — The Ottawa Recreation Commission’s Goppert Center will be closed 11 a.m.-3 p.m. today. The family of Franklin County deputy Russel Geist will have a dinner at the Goppert Center after his funeral. He died because of a medical condition last week. His funeral is at Ottawa University Chapel.
