WEATHERFORD, Okla. — A Kansas cowboy will compete at the Prairie Circuit Finals Rodeo in Weatherford, Okla., this weekend. The top 100 cowboys and cowgirls who have earned the most money at 40 rodeos throughout Kansas, Nebraska, and Oklahoma will compete. Jeff Miller, Blue Mound, has qualified in steer wrestling and in tie-down roping.
