OTTAWA — Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County is looking for volunteers for Friday’s work day at the next project home at 613 N. Hickory St.. Habitat needs volunteers 7 a.m.- 3 p.m. for a variety of chores — rebuilding a hand rail, laying out basement walls and picking up and hauling donated lumber from American Eagle Outfitters to the Habitat house. Volunteer coordinator Lisa Rivers says Habitat needs one more flatbed trailer to pick up the lumber. Bring tools, gloves, a chair and a water bottle.
