OTTAWA — A 22-year-old Ottawa man has been booked into the Franklin County jail in connection with a burglary at El Mezcal Restaurant at Fourth and Main. Ottawa police said Aric Madison was booked on suspicion of burglary and suspicion of theft of property and services. Lt. Adam Weingartner said there is no direct evidence connecting Madison to a series of other business burglaries. Detectives continue to follow up leads in those cases, he said.
