RICHTER — A 28-year-old Pomona man was taken by Franklin County Ambulance to Overland Park Regional Medical Center after his vehicle plunged into Blue Creek near Richter Tuesday afternoon. Undersheriff Steve Lunger said Garrett Stogsdill was driving west in the 1100 block of K-68 when he lost control of his vehicle and went into the creek. There was no immediate indication why the accident occurred.
