ST. LOUIS — A St. Louis convenience food company is recalling Nike sandwiches that have been sold in Kansas because of possible health risks. Landshire said Nike Super Poor Boy sandwiches and Nike All-American sandwiches are being recalled because of a possible listeria threat. The Kansas Eepartment of Agriculture said no illnesses have been reported. Recalled sandwiches have the production lot codes from
11-237-6 through 11-285-6 printed in black ink on the side or back of the individual packaged sandwiches. The state said the initial recall was issued last week, with an expansion Wednesday to include Kansas. Consumers who bought the sandwiches are urged to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. Consumers with questions may contact Landshire, at 314-925-4009.
