INDEPENDENCE-So what if Halloween isn’t until Monday? Independence is going to let the monster mayhem begin tomorrow. The 63rd Annual Halloween Parade hits Independence Square in Missouri at 4:00. About 5000 people typically attend this yearly event. Kids can get some trick or treating done early in the square just before the parade between 2-3:30.
