OTTAWA — A former Ottawa High School custodian has appealed part of his sentence for placing a camera in the girls locker room. Earlier, Marshall Silvey, Jr., pleaded guilty to misdemeanor eavesdropping and possession marijuana in a plea deal. However, he’s appealing that part of his sentence that requires him to register as a sex offender. A hearing will be Nov, 28 in Franklin County District Court.
